בתום שנה בה היתה לי זכות גדולה להיות תלמידתו של המורה היקר לסנסקריט, רפי פלד, ולקראת בואו של מורי היקר לאשטנגה ולסדרת הירח, מת'יו סוויני, אני שמחה לערוך סדנה בה נטעם מהליטוש הקסום של השפה ונתרגל את סדרת הירח.
הסדנה תתחיל במבוא קצר על השפה העתיקה שאחריו בלמידה משותפת, נזמר יחד שתי מנטרות ונכנס אל מצב תודעתי שקט יותר ונינוח יותר.
לסיום נתרגל את סדרת הירח, סדרה מרוח הויניאסה המתחילה בצד שמאל של הגוף ומאפשרת פיתוח האינטואיציה, קשר עם הצד הרגשי שלנו והתבוננות פנימה.הסדנה מתאימה לכל רמות התרגול ותיערך ב31/08/12 בשעה 16:00 בסטודיו נעים סלמה 46.

In the end of a year in which I had the great privilege to be a student of my dear Sanskrit teacher, Rafi Peled, and before the arrival of my teacher of Ashtanga and Moon Sequence, Matthew Sweeney, I'm happy to conduct a workshop where we will taste the magical touches of the language and practice the Moon series together. The workshop will begin with a brief introduction to the ancient language, a shared learning of two mantras which will lead us to a quiet state of mind.
Finally we will practice the Moon series, a sequence in the spirit of vinyasa series which emphasizes the practice of moveming and breathing together. The practice starts on the left side of the body, the moon part, which anables the development of intuition, connection to the emotions and gives the possibility to practice of introspection.
The workshop is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
The workshop will take place at studio Naim , 46 Salame St. on Aug 31st at 16:00.
Workshop Cost: 120 shekels, the workshop is about three hours long.
