סדנת ירח ומנטרות

אני שמחה לערוך שוב, סדנה בה נטעם מהליטוש הקסום של השפה הסנסקריט ונתרגל את סדרת הירח (של מת'יו סוויני). 

הסדנה תתחיל במבוא קצר על השפה העתיקה שאחריו בלמידה משותפת, נזמר מנטרות המביאות אל מצב תודעתי שקט ונינוח יותר. 

לסיום נתרגל את סדרת הירח, סדרה מרוח הויניאסה בה אלמנט האדמה הוא האלמנט הדומיננטי. הסדרה מתחילה בצד שמאל של הגוף ומאפשרת קשר עם הצד הרגשי שלנו ותרגול מתוך צניעות והתבוננות פנימה.

בעקבות ההענות המבורכת לסדנה יתקיימו שני תאריכים:

סדנה ראשונה ב09/11/12, יום שישי בשעה 15:00 בסטודיו לבונטין שברחוב לבונטין 7.

סדנה שנייה ב16/11/12, יום שישי בשעה 16:00 בסטודיו נעים שבסלמה 46.

עלות הסדנה 120 שקלים ואורכה כשלוש שעות. התשלום במזומן. במידה שקיימת בעיה כלכלית, אנא אל תהססו לשתף ונמצא את הדרך.

Moon Sequence and Mantra Workshop

I'm happy to conduct a workshop where we will taste the magical touches of  the Sanskrit language and practice the Moon Sequence (by Matthew Sweeney) together. The workshop will begin with a brief introduction to the ancient language, a shared learning of mantras which will lead us to a quiet state of mind.

Finally we will practice the Moon Sequence in the spirit of vinyasa which empathize the earth element. The practice starts on the left side of the body, the moon part, which enables the development of intuition, connection to the emotions and gives the possibility to practice of introspection.

The workshop is suitable for all levels of practitioners.

The Workshop will be held twice:

The first one will take place at studio Levontin, 7 Levontin St. on Nov 9th at 3:00pm.
The second will take place at studio Naim, 46 Salame st. on Nov 16th at 4:00pm.

Workshop Cost: 120 shekels (cash only), the workshop is about three hours long.
